Business Funding Questions From Flagstaff, AZ Owners

Short answers to what Coconino County owners ask most about Silvershore Funding Group, the six funding options, applying, and the Arizona and Flagstaff paperwork partners check. Where a topic needs more than a paragraph, the answer points to the page that covers it.

In short

Silvershore Funding Group, a small-business funding broker in Flagstaff, Arizona, answers common questions here: it is a broker, not a lender; it helps with six business funding types including merchant cash advances, which are not loans; it does not arrange personal, payday or title loans; and lending partners, not Silvershore, decide on requests and set rates and terms.

About Silvershore Funding Group

Does Silvershore lend money?

No. Silvershore Funding Group is a broker, not a lender.

Why is a broker called Funding Group?

It is the business's name. The business brokers funding; it does not provide it, approve applications or set prices. About Silvershore explains more.

Where is the office?

10 N Leroux St, Flagstaff, AZ 86001. Phone (928) 239-1321. Owners elsewhere in Coconino County can call or use the online form.

Do you help with personal loans?

No. Silvershore works only with business funding: no personal, payday, auto or title loans. We also do not arrange agriculture or trucking funding or SBA loans.

Choosing funding

How is a merchant cash advance different from a loan?

With a loan, you borrow and pay interest on a schedule. A merchant cash advance is not a loan: a funder buys part of your future receipts and collects it from sales or by set debits. How merchant cash advances work explains holdbacks and total cost.

Can an LLC get a business loan?

Yes. LLCs are a common borrower type. Partners will want to see that the LLC is registered and active with the Arizona Corporation Commission, and usually that its owners will guarantee the debt.

Can I use a business loan to pay myself?

Business financing is meant for business purposes, and agreements usually say what the money may be used for. Paying yourself a reasonable salary through payroll is a business expense; taking loan proceeds out as personal spending is generally not a permitted use. Read the use-of-funds clause and ask your accountant.

Should I use a personal loan for the business?

It puts the debt in your own name and does not build the business's credit. Silvershore does not arrange personal loans; the funding comparison covers the business options.

Applying

What does the request form ask?

Your name, email, phone number and the business name, plus the consent wording. It does not ask for a Social Security number or bank account numbers.

Will sending a request affect my credit?

Silvershore does not make credit decisions. Lending partners usually check credit when they review a request, and each partner should tell you what kind of inquiry it makes before it does so.

How long does it take?

It depends on the product, the partner and how quickly documents come in. Silvershore does not promise timelines; the four stages show what each step involves.

Flagstaff, AZ and Arizona basics

Does Flagstaff, AZ require a business license?
